Create a Fundraising Page for Your School

 

TFSS can help any TDSB school set-up an online fundraising page quickly & easily. Having an online page helps you in the following ways:

  • Take credit and debit card donations securely
  • Issue a tax receipt fast and automatically
  • Share with friends & family on Facebook and other Social Media platforms
  • Track the total raised and recent donors
  • Receive funds securely through the TFSS 

 

Get Principal approval

Before we’re able to create your school’s page, please fill out the form (see below) and have it signed by your school’s Principal. 

Send us the details

Once you have your Principal’s approval, you will need to send us the details so we can set up your page. We will need:

  • The name of your fundraising initiative 
  • A 50-100 word summary (date, time, school name and other details)
  • A high quality photo (optional but recommended)
  • A point of contact
  • A fundraising target (if you have one)

 

We will set-up your page

Once we have all of the details, our fundraising team will set up a page for you on Canada Helps. We will add all of the information / photos that you provide us with. 

Receive your funds

Throughout the school year our team will send all raised funds to the school via TDSB inter-office mail. 

Note: there is roughly a 3.5% processing fee for each donation made through Canada Helps. TFSS does this free of charge.
