As inflation rises, some food companies are shrinking portion sizes to save on costs, while prices remain at the same high levels. For Student Nutrition Programs (SNPs), which rely on large volumes of food to serve hundreds of children each day, this adds another strain on already tight budgets. Looking ahead to September, SNPs will need support to make sure they can get off the ground and provide the nourishing food kids rely on, each day.
