Indie music star, Hayden Dresser, and his wife Christie Greyerbiehl, organized the first annual Dream Serenade, benefiting children with developmental and physical disabilities.
Donations from the benefit concert continue to rise! In addition to a cheque made out to the Toronto District School Board's (TDSB), Beverley School for $75,000, an extra $14,000+ has been received through online donations and merchandise sales. To date, just over $89,000 has been raised to help provide respite opportunities for children and their families, as well as towards the creation of an outdoor learning environment for the students at the school.
The event was held at the historic Massey Hall, featured performances from Hayden himself, Feist, Sarah Harmer, Barenaked Ladies, to name a few.
